Equity Partners, Inc. (PEP) is a private equity
investment firm focused on making direct equity
investments in private, middle-market operating
companies. The firm’s primary investment vehicle
is Private Equity Partners I, L.P., a partnership
initially funded in 1996. In addition, through
LKCM Venture Partners I, L.P. (Venture Partners),
PEP manages private investments for the principals
and employees of Luther
King Capital Management (LKCM), some of which
date back to 1989. LKCM is a regional investment
advisory firm with approximately $6 billion in
assets under management.
