Fuel Marketing Solutions is a Dallas, Texas based company that provides couponing services to retail grocers and consumer goods manufacturers. The companyís program, called Fuel RewardsTM, offers consumers discounted gasoline as an incentive to purchase certain consumer goods in grocery stores.

Future Food

Future Food, Inc., based in Dallas, Texas, supplies a broad range of branded and private label refrigerated seafood salads, spreads, and dips to major supermarket chains and distributors nationwide.

 

Mid-States Services

Mid-States Services, Inc., based in Dallas, Texas, is the largest independent provider of institutional foodservice and commissary services to county-operated jails and other correctional facilities throughout Texas. The company also has operations in Oklahoma and Louisiana.

 

Supportkids

Supportkids, Inc. is an Austin, Texas based company that collects past-due child support on behalf of custodial parents and their children. A pioneer in the private child support enforcement industry, Supportkids is the leading private-sector firm in its industry.

Tewa Moulding

Tewa Moulding, L.L.C. is the nation's leading manufacturer of small profile, solid wood mouldings. The company, headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico, markets its products to distributors, who in turn distribute to major retailers of building and home improvement products.

 

Texas Land & Cattle

TX.C.C., Inc., headquartered in Dallas, Texas, operates twenty full-service "Texas Land and Cattle Steak House" restaurants. Texas Land and Cattle Steak House features a unique Texas ranch decor and serves choice, aged steaks and other signature menu items.

DF&R

At the time of the original investment in 1993, DF&R, Inc. ("DFNR") owned and operated 15 full service, casual dining restaurants in Texas: DFNR operated two distinct restaurant concepts: Don Pablo's, which offers Tex-Mex cuisine, and Harrigan's, which serves a variety of popular American recipes. After aggressive unit expansion, DFNR completed its initial public offering in 1993 and was subsequently acquired in 1996 by Apple South, Inc., a publicly traded, multi-concept restaurant company.

 

Sun Valley Fruit Company

Sun Valley Fruit Company, Inc. is the leading distributor of fresh produce in Albuquerque, New Mexico, with a market share of seventy percent. The majority of Sun Valley's customers are restaurants and food service institutions, with the remainder of the business coming from supermarkets and other retail outlets.

 

HydroChem Holding

HydroChem Holding, Inc., based in Houston, operates one of the largest providers in the U.S. of industrial cleaning services for the petrochemical, refinery, utility and pulp and paper industries. Since the initial investment in 1990, HydroChem has experienced internal growth and has also made a number of strategic acquisitions, bringing revenues to roughly $200 million.

Quality Trailer Products, Inc.

Quality Trailer Products, Inc. ("QTP") is the nation's second largest manufacturer and distributor of trailer parts. Headquartered in Azle, Texas, the Company operates nine distribution centers in the Southwest and Southeast. In 1997, Polartank, Inc., a national competitor, acquired the company.
