Mr. Kleberg is a graduate of Texas A&M University and holds a Masters Degree in Management from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Mr. Kleberg was previously employed by Luther King Capital Management, primarily as an investment manager with responsibility for private equity investments. Mr. Kleberg serves as a director of several businesses including Retail and Restaurant Growth Capital, Tewa Moulding, Blue Chalk Cafe, Fuel Partners, Future Food, and Mid-States Services.

Mr. Alexander was previously employed by McKinsey and Company, Inc., a management consulting firm. Mr. Alexander is a director of Tewa Moulding, Blue Chalk CafÈ, Future Food, and Mid-States Services, and serves as an advisory director of TX.C.C., Inc.

Financial Analyst, is responsible for investment analysis, as well as analysis pertaining to portfolio companies. Ms. Walker is a cum laude graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where she received a Master in Professional Accounting. Ms. Walker previously served as Senior Financial Analyst in the corporate finance group of Sabre, Inc., the global leader in travel and transportation information technology. Ms. Walker was also previously employed as a Senior Auditor by Arthur Andersen LLP.
