Michael is an executive adviser and board member in transactional and high-tech businesses, especially in network industries, principally telecom; and in financial services. Accomplishments are in operations at financial institutions; strategic planning, from IBM to Toshiba; large network projects; and financial transactions. The latter included $12 bn+ of lease transactions in teleco; electric power; and transport. Michael holds an M.A. in Natural Sciences (Physics) and Economics from Cambridge University. He was a Loeb Fellow at Harvard; Associate Professor at NYU; and adjunct faculty at MIT. His publications include a book “1.1.98 – Telecommunication in a New Era”.
